Like us on Facebook – Kamloops United Church Thrift Shop
The Thrift Shop is located at 425 St. Paul Street (two doors east of the church entrance).
We are open year round (except during Covid times), Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m and Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Monday through Saturday a group of volunteers, both from the community and the church, come to the Thrift Shop and give their time and energy to make it the “BEST” shop in town. Thank you volunteers!
Purpose: We provide ‘Thrift and Recycling’ within the community of Kamloops and offer wonderful clothing and items at a reasonable price.
Highlights. People comment on the quality of our shop. We receive wonderful donations from our KUC congregation and from our friends in Kamloops.
Centre for Community and Spiritual Discovery:
– Welcoming all who come in our door.
– Being responsive to those people.
– Showing that we care.
– Sharing about information about programs at KUC
We moved into our new Thrift Shop space at 425 St. Paul Street. The people of the church and community all pulled together and we are settled into the wonderful new space provided.
Kamloops United Church Thrift Shop provides financial support to Kamloops United Church, and it is a service to the community. It is a major project and ministry of Kamloops United through the UCW (United Church Women), involving women and men of our congregation, together with “friends of KUC” who volunteer their time and skills.
This is a great place for any bargain hunter!
Check out the shelves and racks regularly for new items!
