KUC has partnered with Kuzina Messer Culinaire to offer a Youth Summer Cooking Class Camp over 7 weeks taught by an experienced & certified Red Seal Chef!
Classes will start with an introduction to food & kitchen safety, knife safety, knife skills & food/kitchen hygiene. All youth will learn valuable culinary skills to be able to re-create dishes at home! Dishes made in class will use seasonal ingredients, potentially new & different cultural dishes, & a variety of new valuable skills & techniques each week!
For teens, we will also include an overview of how to plan, budget & create meals to help prepare them for the future!
