The Official Orange Shirt Society 2022 Orange Shirt Day Design
KUC’s Reconciliation Exploration Circle is once again placing a mass order for anyone who would like an orange shirt. This year’s official shirt was designed by Grade 11 student Geraldine Catalbas from Ponoka, Alberta.
WHAT MY DESIGN IS ABOUT:
“The shoes represent the children who died in residential schools. The shoe lace coming off into an eagle representing their freedom up in the heaven and their fight through difficult times.”
They come in youth, (S – XL) or adult (S – 4XL) sizes.
Each shirt is: Youth $20, Adult (S-2XL) $23, (3XL) $30, (4XL) $33, which includes shipping, $10 from each shirt goes to the Orange Shirt Society.
Donna Vernon will be in the church hall at coffee hour on Sunday, June 26th to take orders for the shirts. Payment must be received at the time of ordering.
Please pay for your order when you place it.
