This Sunday is the Fourth Sunday of Lent, the weeks before Easter when Christians have traditionally engaged in a period of self-examination. Our theme this Sunday is considering how we restore broken relationships with one another. The scripture passage is known as the story of the Prodigal Son. We will be considering how the original audience which Jesus spoke to, would have understood this story.
The service will be led by Dr. Caveney with music led by Tomas Bijok. The choir will be singing “Come Thou Font of Every Blessing”. Gordon Britton will be playing Stainers, “God So Love the World” as a prelude and “Tuba Tune” as a postlude.
