Forest management is something that Camp Grafton Society and Kamloops United church share a passion for. In the interest of being good stewards to the land a small group of us gathered recently to have a look. On Aug. 23 at 8:30AM we will be gathering at Camp Grafton to identify any standing trees which present a possible hazard, and discuss an overall management plan for the entire property. Camp Grafton is taking advantage of not having campers this summer to do some upgrades. They are putting in a septic field and ablution center. The work is coming along beautifully. I have included some photos from our visit and a glamorous photo of the new tanks!!
