We have created an “In Memoriam” page for the KUC website.  With the changes to socializing that have come with Covid protocols, we find ourselves less connected.

The “In Memoriam” page is a way to inform us of transitions in the life of our congregation, encouraging us to care for one another.   The page includes those who participate in the life of the KUC congregation and their immediate family.  (These are the same names that are read, remembered and honoured during KUC’s annual congregational meetings.)

Once an obituary becomes public, the person’s name, a photo, the date of death and a link to the obituary are added to the page.  If we don’t have a photo, the beautiful autumn bridge photo taken by Kent Simmons is used with permission.

The “In Memoriam” page is found above on the main menu line, below the word ‘church’ in the website header.  (see the illustration)
