This Sunday is traditionally known as “Shepherding Sunday”. It is when we consider the passages of the Scriptures which talk about Jesus being the “Good Shepherd”. The shepherd was an image familiar to people of Jesus’ day, but what do these passages mean for us living in the twenty-first century? The contemporary interpretation title is “Pushing Boundaries.”
