Equanimity on the Equinox: Living a Balanced Life Mar.20
“Equanimity arises when we accept the way things are.” -Jack Kornfield
In a pandemic time, we can easily lose a sense of balance. We confront moments of disequilibrium and disorientation in such profound social disruptions.
Yet, we can practice awareness and begin to notice our inner state. Spiritual wisdom teaches us that we can empower one another and catch ourselves in moments when we are out of balance. We are invited then to creatively hold tension and to embrace the paradox of our lives.
Join us on the Equinox: Sat. evening March 20. In a time when light and darkness, day and night, hold equal reign over the season, the inspiration is to slow down, pay attention and feel these energies that direct us.
We will use guided meditation, music, poetry and self-reflection in this two hour process of discovery. Dan guides in the lineage of Circles of Trust, alongside other contributors to this no cost offering. Once you are registered here, you will receive a link for the Zoom platform to participate.
