This Sunday we celebrate the fourth Sunday of Advent. The theme for Advent this year is “I believe even when…” This morning we will be lighting the candle of peace. The scripture readings for Sunday quite bluntly ask us if we are ready for Christmas? Are we ready for the coming of the One to be found in the baby in the manger? A good way to join us is to have your own candle ready to light during the service.
Tomas Bijok will be providing music. Come Now O God of Peace and In the Bleak Midwinter are two of the pieces he will be singing.
