In 2020, we will experience this uncertain holiday season of pandemic, anxiety and disruption. This is a difficult time for many of us. As we find our way and are creating new stories, we are also finding new strategies for supporting one another.

These four online one hour sessions in December are for those who would like to gather in a safe space. We come together to process, reflect and to gain understanding about our experience. These no cost sessions are held on the Zoom platform.
