Online Retreat: Aug. 18 to 20: With Matthew Wright
Julian of Norwich: A Voice for our Time with Matthew Wright
What does Lady Julian of the 14th century have to offer to the 21st century seeker?
Thomas Merton said, “Julian is without doubt one of the most wonderful of all Christian voices. She gets greater and greater in my eyes as I grow older…”
This online retreat will explore Lady Julian’s teachings on the Divine Feminine, the mercy of God, and contemplative prayer, while dialoguing her with other 14th century voices (including the anonymous author of The Cloud of Unknowing) as well as contemporary mystics.
Join us to find out what this mystic can tell us about self-isolation, physical distancing, food delivery, and loving God and the world!
