Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Christian Season of Lent.  Traditionally Christians have observed this with a service of the “imposition of ashes.”  This is when ashes in the form of a cross are placed on the forehead of those attending the service.  At KUC this year, we will be having a service to mark Ash Wednesday at 10 am on February 26.
