Once again this year KUC is participating in Project Connect, a Resource Fair for low-income people in Kamloops, on Wed., Oct 16th, 2019. Our participation consists of providing information about programs at KUC and giving out cold weather gear, and other items folks may need.
This Resource Fair will run from 1 pm to 5 pm at the Kamloops Alliance Church on the North Shore.
We are looking for donations in good, clean condition of warm coats, hats, gloves, sweaters, boots etc., as well as personal toiletries and other items. Please bring your donations into the Kamloops United Church Office.
We are also looking for volunteer help in staffing the KUC table between noon and 5:30 pm on Wed., Oct. 16, 2019.
