The Good Friday Service was shared by the three United Churches and held at Mt. Paul United. The quiet, low key service offered a time of reflection and prayer that was both meaningful and poignant. Easter morning began with an early Sunrise service at Overlander Beach followed by the Easter Worship Service at the church. New members were welcomed through baptism and renewal of faith. We appreciate the leadership of our ministers Rev. LeAnn Blackert of Mt. Paul United, Rev. Kirstin Autio of Plura Hills United and Rev. Bruce Comrie of Kamloops United who offered the worship on Good Friday. Thank you to the Plura Hills congregation for the sunrise salmon and bread. The music leadership of Rob and Grant at the Sunrise Service, the Harmony in Hand Bells and Folk of Note choir, and Ron Routledge, soloist on Easter morning inspired us. Thank you!
