“Blue Christmas” Service at KUC
Tuesday, December 4, at 7:00 p.m.
As we approach the Christmas season, we sometimes feel the pressure to put on a “hohoho happy face” when we feel the opposite inside. If we are going through a time of loss and grief, it can be especially difficult to endure the season.
Every year, the Pastoral Care group of KUC holds a quiet, meditative “Blue Christmas” service. During the service, we acknowledge our sadness and sorrow, while hoping and trusting that the light will return someday.
Consider coming out to this time of quiet music, reflection, prayer and candle lighting.
Refreshments to follow for those who wish to stay.
All are welcome.
