At a meeting on Sunday October, 28, 2018 the congregation of Kamloops United church voted in favour of purchasing the Allen organ.  The organ has been on courtesy loan to the church since July, arranged by Brian Thompson of Organ & Keyboard Service Corp.in Calgary.  This provided an opportunity to test the model and to demonstrate the capabilities of the instrument to people both within the church and  in the Kamloops community. The fundraising has been generous beyond expectations and we are deeply grateful for the support of church and community friends who have made this possible.

This decision to purchase the organ was brought to fruition by a dedicated, creative and hard-working group of people.
