Drum-Making Workshop: Register Before Oct. 20
KUC’s Reconciliation Exploration Circle is proud to be hosting
Deana’s Dream CREE-ations
to lead a drum making workshop.
In addition to owning a unique and authentic drum that you create with your own hands, you will learn and experience a beautiful part of First Nations culture.
Drum Making Workshop: Saturday, October 27th from 1 to 4 pm at Kamloops United Church: 421 St. Paul Street.
We have three spots left and some sponsorship funds. If anyone is interested they should email admin@kamloopsunited.ca.
DEPOSIT DEADLINE: Oct. 20: a deposit of $80 is needed to secure a spot. (Email us your intent and then come to the KUC office with your deposit)
COST: $175 for the drum workshop and $20 for a drum stick.
Led by Deana Nicholson of Deana’s Dream Cree-ations. Materials and instruction: $175/person, please tell us if you want to add a drumstick, (add $20). $80 deposit to hold a space. The October 27th Drum Making workshop deadline has been extended to October 20th. There are also some subsidies available.
