We have two new beautiful quilted banners in our Sanctuary. The larger one is titled Spring Hostas; the smaller one is titled Leaves 2. 

There are four new ones in all — the other two will be hung by the piano in The Hall in the spring.

These quilts were created by Margo Fiddes-Waldon, daughter-in-law of Don and Marg Waldon. Don and Marg made a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society for the four quilts in order to donate them to KUC. What a wonderful donation!

A bit about Margo: She is an artist and a fabric artist; she has been quilting for twelve years. Her passion in her art is to reflect nature, especially flowers. As you can see, she is very talented! Her work has been hung in several galleries.
