KUC’s cultural safety consultant, Terri Mindel, is conducting a survey to inform her work on cultural safety in our church community. Please take a few moments to fill out the survey.

There is one for individuals, and also one that specific groups and ministries can fill out together. This survey will gather important information that will help us to become more culturally safe. The survey is to be completed by October 8th and can be dropped off at the church office.
