Blessing of the Animals at the Pine Tree Riding Club in Barnhartvale, on Sat., Oct. 8th (Thanksgiving Saturday) from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. .

This free, family event will provide an opportunity for household pets (dogs, cats, etc. that are on a leash or tether) to be blessed as part of God’s creation. Come out to this fun event (rain or shine) on the Thanksgiving weekend.

As churches celebrate this “Season of Creation”, Hills of Peace Lutheran Church along with the United and Anglican Churches in Kamloops are hosting a ‘Blessing of the Animals’ service followed by refreshments at the Pine Tree Riding Club in Barnhartvale at 1554 Todd Road.
Please bring a lawn chair and provisions for you and your pet!
