Saturday, October 8th, we celebrated St. Francis with a Special Blessing held at Pine Tree Riding Club.
Present at this ecumenical gathering were dogs, a turkey, rabbit, miniature horse and a goat were blessed.
Rev. Jane Gingrich , Rev. Bruce Comrie, Rev. Isobel Healey-Morrow and Rev. Ken Gray officiated.
The singing was enhanced with  the harmony provided by the turkey and the coon hound!
Even the rain could not dampen the spirits of loving pet owners and their animals.
