Welcoming Hungry Guests.
PIT Stop continues to respond to the community, offering hospitality and a hot, nutritious meal each Sunday. June 19th, Fathers’ Day, the kitchen crew, led by Jennifer, fed 166 guests.

Many groups and individuals from the wider community share in the preparation, serving and clean up for the late afternoon meal. Some Sundays it is a group of people who all know each other, or a group from a particular service club or a group who know each other from work. Some Sundays it is a variety of individuals who’ve never met before. Some folk participate regularly, and some once in a long while. To volunteer with PIT Stop, email Rick W, PIT Stop’s coordinator at pitstop@kamloopsunited.ca.
