We wish you a Happy Thanksgiving.
“There is a time for giving thanks; a time to be mindful of the good that enriches us. Thank you, God, for all that you have provided.”
During “A Time for Learning” Bruce shared the poem “Camas Lilies”.
Gratitude for music was enriched today with gifts of music from Syd Takahashi on piano, Syd Griffith on flute and directing the “Folk of Note”, and Mark Betuzzi on trumpet, along with both the vocal choir (“Folk of Note”) and handbell choir “Harmony in Hand” directed by Karen McLelland.
Today the congregation shared a Time of Covenanting with Ian McLean, a diaconal ministry student who has been called to a ministry of Social Justice with Aboriginal Peoples within and beyond this congregation.
