Meditation is the art of focusing 100% of your attention in one area. The practice comes with many health benefits including increased concentration, decreased anxiety, and a general feeling of happiness. Meditation removes stress and replaces it with inner peace. It’s one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions, deal with physical and psychological distress, and promote the peace of the present moment. It can be difficult to meditate without a teacher or guide.
