Theme: ‘A Quiet Day Away’
One Day Retreat – Saturday May 31 at Camp Grafton
Could you use…. a quiet day away from your regular routine?  ….a day to be in the beauty of nature in the company of others?  ….a day to sense the presence of God?

If so, then come out to a Spiritual Retreat hosted by Kamloops United Church (KUC) on Saturday May 31 at Camp Grafton on the Shuswap Lake.  Receive the gift of a day to nurture body, mind and soul.
We will gather at the Camp between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. with refreshments and conversation.
Our spacious day will include a nature walk, an introduction to contemplative prayer, some silence, time for reflection and lunch.  We will conclude with worship and be homeward bound by 3:30 p.m. The format includes silence for prayer, walking, writing or other ways of coming closer to the divine.  There will also be singing, laughter and small group discussion.  We would love to have you join us.  Retreat Leadership: Rev. Registration Details:
Cost: By donation received on May 31 at the Camp.  A suggested donation of $ 10.00 includes the program, refreshments and snacks.  Please bring a bag lunch for yourself.

Registration is required with registration forms available soon.
Registration deadline: Monday May 26 through the KUC Office.

For those who would like to carpool we will leave KUC at 8:00 a.m. and will be back about 5:00 p.m.  The registration form will contain information about giving or receiving rides.
