Writing Workshop Ray McGinnis Apr15
EXPLORE JOURNALLING as a way to move through grief and loss. We experience grief and loss in many forms – the loss of a person, relationship, lifestyle, job, health, pet, a cherished ideal, etc. Losses tend to be cumulative, and pile up over a period of time, often without us realizing the impact such losses have on us. Through this journal writing workshop, participants will explore their feelings, creativity and healing from grief and loss. Ray has led numerous workshops on journal therapy and is a former program staff member of Naramata Centre. Co-sponsored by Pastoral Care and Faith Formation at KUC, cost to each participant is $15. DATE: Monday, April 15. TIME: 1:30-3:30 pm; repeated again at 6:30 –8:30 pm. No previous journal writing experience necessary. Please register for either session with the KUC Office.
