Your Ministry Management Team has a Workshop Opportunity for anyone and everyone involved with a Ministry Team (Community and Welcome, Council Circle, Building, Global, Worship, etc...) or a church group of any kind (Choir, Thrift Store, Prayer Shawl, UCW, PIT Stop, etc.).

As we move closer to having “shovels in the ground,” the more tools we have in our pockets that will help us navigate the sometimes turbulent waters of ‘transition’, the better it will be.

Content will include: an update from Vision 421; a look at the gifts and challenges of transition times; an exploration of our own Conflict Handling modes by completeing the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (informative and fun); a look at the new “KUC Space Utelization Policy”; and more…

Gather in the sanctuary at 8:45 AM, Saturday, March 3, for refreshments. If you wish to stay after the workshop to discuss the morning with other participants, please bring a bag lunch. Coffee and tea will be provided.   9:00-Noon – workshop!

No fee – but too costly to miss. Open to all who are interested.
